Convenientely located on the main street in El Campello and walking distance to the marina, promenade, restaurants, shops etc. The airport in Alicante is 20 minutes away.   If you prefer not to drive during your holiday why not make use of the excellent TRAM network enabling easy access into Alicante and surrounding areas

The first floor apartment sleeps 6 and is accesible by elevator.  It has an intercom system for your security.

Leading from the hallway is the kitchen to the left.  It is fully fitted and has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing-machine, microwave oven, coffee-maker, kettle and toaster.   The 4 ring electric hob has an extractor fan and a built-in oven.  There is a small courtyard just off the kitchen with a storage area and a washing-line.
The lounge and dining area gets the sun all day.  It is super spacious and very comfortable with high quality furniture and fittings.  The satellite TV provides a good choice of programmes and there is WI-FI throughout. There are persian blinds providing shade and sliding roman blinds set off the large french windows leading out to the balcony.
The main double bedroom is south facing and is extra spacious at 23 sq metres with high ceilings and a view of the harbour.  All the furniture is brand new and the room has many plush features.  Sliding glass doors lead out onto the furnished terrace area.  There is plenty of built-in and free-standing storage and a full-length mirror.  The generous ensuite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, sink and toilet.

Bedroom two has two single beds, bedside locker, fitted wardrobes, drawers and a glass sliding door onto the courtyard.  The third bedroom is a twin also with storage and outside access as well.

The second bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink.

There is plenty of parking available directly outside the building.
