Nestled among the hills of Coveta Fuma this spacious and comfortable home affords spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding mountains.
Just 30 minutes from the cosmopolitan city of Alicante and the airport. The local beach is a mere five minute walk away. El Campello, with it’s pretty marina and white sandy beaches, is a five minute drive. Here you will find a comprehensive range of bars, restaurants, shops, banks etc.
Inside this spacious home makes for luxurious and comfortable living. The cooling décor and wonderful ambience ensure your every need is considered. Relax on one of the cosy couches where you can unwind and listen to music or enjoy great conversation with friends.
Exceptionally well-equipped with all modern conveniences including Satellite TV, DVD and Wi-Fi. The living area is tastefully decorated with roomy and comfortable sofas, a daybed and a feature stone fireplace.
The kitchen is modern and sleek with integrated appliances and the outside terrace has a barbecue so it is possible to cater for a large group. Unwind in the extra large private pool or relax on the comfy outdoor furniture. You can take advantage of the large terrace and barbecue and eat al-fresco here or stroll to one of the local restaurants where you will find a choice of Spanish and International cuisine.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed with an ornate glass headboard, the second bedroom has bunk-beds and the third has a king-size bed also with access to the private pool area through a sliding patio door. All bedrooms are air-conditioned apart from bedroom 3 which has an electric fan. There is a utility room and a small bathroom with a toilet and sink. The family bathroom has two showers, bath, toilet and sink.
Off street parking is available.

There is an essentials welcome pack included in the price of your holiday. If you have any special dietary requirements please contact us.

Departure Clean = €120. Laundry (Towels & Bedding) Charge = €10 per person. We require 25% deposit of the total booking rate at the time of booking. The balance along with the security deposit is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The security deposit (250euros) will be returned in full within 14 working days of your departure provided there has been no damage to the property during your stay.

For clients wishing to pay by credit card we must inform you that a 3% surcharge applies. This fee is levied by the banks.

PLEASE NOTE: GAS, WATER & ELECTRICITY ARE INCLUDED WITHIN THE PRICE. HOWEVER THERE WILL BE A SURCHARGE FOR EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRIC WHEN EXCEEDING 20 KILOWATTS PER DAY, ANY AMOUNT ABOVE THAT WILL BE CHARGED FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AT 0.30 CENTS PER KILOWATT.

Upon entering the property a meter reading will be taken and again on departure.

The difference in the allocated kilowattage must be paid on the day of departure or it will be taken out of the security deposit.
